• Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival.

• All reservations subject to State taxes of 13.58% and $165.00 cleaning fee.

• Discount of 10% for stays of 30 days or longer.

• Christmas is a 14 day minimum stay.
