RESERVATION POLICY

  • Deposits required within 7 days to guarantee. Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival
     
  • All reservations subject to State taxes of 11.42%
     
  • Discount of 10% for stays of 30 days or longer
     

  • 7 night minimum stay or additional cleaning fee may apply. Holidays are 2 week minimum stay.

 

  • Children under 12 years old visit at your own risk. This is a top floor condominium.
